Sutherland is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support our Wireless & Mobile Communications account in Tarlac. You’ll assist with billing, payments, troubleshooting, and upgrade requests, delivering empathetic, solution-focused service to customers.

Your role requires strong communication, multitasking across systems, and a proactive approach to resolving issues while maintaining a positive experience for clients and customers alike.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet navigation, basic PC functions, and keyboarding (≥30 WPM).
• Ability to multitask and manage several tasks within a computer-based environment.
