• Skilled in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Senior High School graduate or above.
• Able to communicate effectively in English when handling customer inquiries and providing explanations.
• Previous experience in customer service, support, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills, including updating system records and organizing information.
• Willing to perform repetitive tasks and work under onsite management.
• Available to work either a shifting schedule (6 days on, 1 day off) or a fixed Monday-to-Saturday schedule.
