Job summary

ClearSource is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Pasig. You will partner with the CX Pro team to provide updates, answer questions, and deliver world-class support for customers throughout their solar program journey, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts.

You will read project notes with accuracy, resolve questions promptly, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of local utility timelines.

Qualifications

• Must be a college graduate of any 4-year course.
• Basic understanding of solar processes (installation, permitting, or utility timelines).
• At least 1 year of customer support experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer experience across inbound/outbound calls, emails and text interactions.
• Set clear customer expectations in every interaction.
