Job summary

ClearSource is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide outbound customer support for our client’s premium Solar program. You will help customers reduce stress related to home maintenance services while building strong relationships with clients and teammates.

Requirements include at least 1 year of customer service experience, outbound calling background a plus, and willingness to work onsite in Pasig.

• Outbound calling background is a plus.
• Experience in the solar industry is advantageous.
• Must be willing to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.

We need individuals with at least1 year experiencewith a strong focus oncustomer supportwho can think positively, solve problems, and deliver friendly, effective solutions. What you will do as a Customer Service Representative

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, co-workers, and all levels of the organization.

Provide timely updates and reporting as required.

Identify and recommend improvements in service, product, procedures, and/or processes to support operational excellence and prevent recurring issues.

Report any training needs, system errors, or discrepancies to the supervisor.

Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Maintain regular attendance, punctuality, and adherence to scheduled availability.

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of customer service experience

Experience in the solar industry is an advantage

Outbound calling background is a plus
