Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service, contact center, technical support, or related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience using CRM and case management systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer support and issue resolution for solar customers across multiple channels, including technical, billing, account, and system performance concerns.
• Handle customer interactions via phone, email, chat, messaging, and voicemail.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to billing, financing, account management, and solar system performance.
• Deliver timely and accurate resolutions following established processes and service standards.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when needed.
• Provide empathetic, professional, and customer-focused support in all interactions.
