Job summary

ClearSource is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide outbound customer support for our client’s premium Solar program. You will help customers reduce stress related to home maintenance services while building strong relationships with clients and teammates.

Requirements include at least 1 year of customer service experience, outbound calling background a plus, and willingness to work onsite in Pasig.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Outbound calling background is a plus.
• Experience in the solar industry is advantageous.
• Must be willing to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Provide timely updates and reporting as required.
• Identify and recommend improvements in service, product, procedures, and processes.
• Report training needs, system errors, or discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
