Responsibilities

• Interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls or internet.

• Meet contractual KPIs for service delivery.
• Clarify requirements; use tools to provide resolution.

• Greet customers professionally and maintain courtesy.
• Maintain product knowledge and document accounts accurately.
• Assist in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
