Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to handle inbound and outbound calls, and online inquiries from Iloilo clients. You will resolve routine problems and provide excellent service in line with client requirements.

The role emphasizes empathy, accurate data capture, and knowledge of client products. Full-time position based in Iloilo City, Megaworld area, with rotating shifts as needed and opportunities to grow in a dynamic contact center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 3–6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Skilled in multi-tasking; flexible and adaptable to changes.
• Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work as a team member, or independently.
• Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service delivered meets contractual KPIs.
• Clarify customer requirements and provide resolution.
