Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred with 3–6 months of related experience
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
• Dependable with strong attention to detail
• Able to multitask and adapt to changes quickly
• Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work as part of a team or independently
• Demonstrate patience in all customer interactions and maintain a professional tone

Responsibilities

• Ensure service delivered meets contract KPIs
• Clarify customer requirements and provide resolutions using available resources
• Listen to customer needs and build rapport with empathy
• Greet customers courteously using established procedures
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services
• Prepare complete and accurate work with proper account notation
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
• Offer additional products/services where appropriate
• Track and retrieve information in the call tracking database
• Respond to inquiries by referring to published materials or senior staff
