Job summary

Concentrix Philippines in Iloilo City is seeking a Customer Support Associate I to handle inbound/outbound calls and online inquiries, delivering customer service and resolving routine product or service issues. You will greet customers, demonstrate empathy, document interactions in our system, and suggest additional products or services when appropriate.

This role requires reliability, good communication, and a basic knowledge of client offerings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Skilled in multi-tasking; able to adapt quickly to changes.
• Ability to rotate shifts; location/program dependent requirements.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls or online channels.
• Provide customer service support and resolve routine issues.
• Meet contractual KPIs for service delivery.
• Clarify requirements and use tools to resolve questions.
• Demonstrate empathy and build rapport with customers.
• Greet customers in a courteous, professional manner.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products/services.
• Document and update accounts accurately in the system.
• Contribute to activities aimed at improving satisfaction and performance.
• Offer additional products/services when appropriate.
