Job summary

Concentrix Iloilo City is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to interface with customers through inbound/outbound calls and online channels. You will provide service and resolve routine issues, while maintaining high standards to meet KPIs.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and a patient, courteous demeanor. Training is provided, with full-time shifts in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma; 3–6 months of relevant experience preferred.
Strong customer service orientation.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficient computer/navigation skills.
Detail oriented with good time management.
Able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
Team player who can work independently.
Patient demeanor in all customer interactions.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls; assist customers via the internet as required.
Clarify customer requirements and provide appropriate resolutions; use available resources.
Maintain courteous, professional interactions while building rapport with customers.
Record accurate notes and complete work in the system.
Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services.
Respond to inquiries by referencing published materials or escalation to senior staff.
