CNX Cebu J Center seeks a Customer Care Specialist to handle customer inquiries via calls or online channels, delivering courteous service and resolving routine issues. You will maintain product knowledge and help achieve client KPIs while supporting team goals.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 3–6 months of relevant experience, with strong communication, patience, and computer skills. The role may involve shift rotations and requires a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3–6 months of experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Skilled in multitasking; adaptable to changes.
• Ability to rotate shifts as needed.
• Based on location/program, additional experience/skills may be required.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers via inbound and outbound calls or the Internet.
• Provide customer service support and resolve routine problems.
• Meet contractual KPIs for service delivery.
• Clarify requirements and use resources to resolve inquiries.
• Build rapport with customers and demonstrate empathy.
• Greet customers professionally and maintain product knowledge.
• Document accounts and prepare accurate work records.
• Suggest additional products/services where appropriate.
• Track and retrieve information in the call tracking system.
• Refer inquiries to published materials or senior staff when needed.
