Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, 3–6 months of relevant experience preferred
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Dependable with attention to detail
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team player who can also work independently
• Patient and professional in all customer interactions
• Willing to rotate shifts as needed

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls or the Internet per client requirements
• Provide customer service support and resolve routine problems
• Meet contractual KPIs for service delivery
• Clarify requirements and probe for understanding to resolve customer needs
• Demonstrate empathy and build rapport with customers
• Greet customers professionally and maintain basic knowledge of client products
• Document work accurately and update accounts as required
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
• Offer additional products and/or services when appropriate
• Track and retrieve information in the call tracking database
• Refer inquiries to published materials or more senior staff when needed
