Job summary

RCBC in the Philippines seeks a Branch Operations professional to provide competent over-the-counter services, handle tellering and new accounts tasks, and ensure compliance with BSP/AMLA regulations. You will support the Service Manager in delivering fast, accurate service and risk-aware operations.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with 1 year in Branch Operations or related roles are preferred. Willing to work overtime and be rotated across branches as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of 4 or more year course.
• A degree in a business or service industry oriented course will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Performs tellering, new accounts related functions, other over-the-counter functions and back room functions as required in the Branch Operations Manual, and in accordance with Bank policies and other regulatory bodies.
• Supports the Service Manager (SM) in achieving the Branch service standards by providing excellent service, fast turnaround time and error free processing for total client satisfaction
• Attends and resolves customer queries and complaints quickly and efficiently including complex issues when clients wait.
