Job summary

RCBC Philippines is seeking a Branch Banking Operations professional to provide over-the-counter services, ensure compliance with BSP/AMLA regulations, and support business objectives through excellent customer service at the Business Center.

Responsibilities include tellering, new accounts processing, and back-office tasks; strive for fast turnaround, error-free processing, and high customer satisfaction; willingness to work overtime and rotate to other branches.

Qualifications

• Graduate of 4 or more year course; a degree in business or service industry oriented course will be an advantage.
• Ideally with one (1) year experience in Branch Operations-related work. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to render overtime as needed.
• Willing to be rotated and/or cross posted to other branches in compliance with the bank's control and service requirements.
• Acts with sense of urgency and service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Performs tellering, new accounts related functions, other over-the-counter functions and back room functions as required in the Branch Operations Manual, and in accordance with Bank policies and other regulatory bodies.
• Supports the Service Manager (SM) in achieving the Business Center service standards by providing excellent service, fast turnaround time and error free processing for total client satisfaction
• Attends and resolves customer queries and complaints including the resolution of complex complaints that cannot be resolved while clients wait.
