Responsibilities

• Navigate internal and external resources to deliver world-class service and resolve issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams with clear documentation.
• Document all customer interactions according to SOPs and maintain data accuracy.
• Identify trends in issues and contribute to process improvements.
• Adhere to client guidelines, KPIs, and company policies for consistent service.
