Qualifications

• Computer literate and proficient with Windows OS, Apple OS, Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Fluent in English; reading and writing in English.
• Must be at least a high school graduate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Research and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Navigate documentation to provide world-class service and escalate issues when needed.
• Document all interactions according to SOPs and KPIs.
• Collaborate with team and other departments to resolve customer issues.
