Qualifications

• Proficient in Windows and macOS
• Fluent in English (reading and writing)
• Experience in customer support is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues
• Provide accurate responses to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Navigate documentation and resources to deliver world-class service
• Escalate priority or unresolved issues to appropriate teams
• Route calls and document interactions according to SOPs
• Identify trends in issues and communicate them to teams
