Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least a high school graduate.
• Proficient in Windows and macOS environments.
• Experience with common productivity software (Office/Google apps).
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
• Address inquiries promptly and resolve issues efficiently.
• Navigate documentation to deliver accurate responses.
• Escalate priority issues to appropriate internal teams.
• Document customer interactions according to SOPs and KPIs.
