Concentrix is seeking a Cyberwest Customer Care Specialist in Quezon City to handle customer support via inbound/outbound calls or the Internet and resolve routine problems. You will greet customers professionally and maintain product knowledge.

The role requires a high school diploma with 3–6 months of experience, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3–6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.

Responsabilités

• Ensure service delivered to customers meets contractual KPIs.
• Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding and provide resolution.
• Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner; build rapport.
• Prepare complete and accurate work and document accounts as required.
• Respond to inquiries by referring to published materials or senior staff.
