Job summary

CNX in Makati is hiring a One Makati Customer Care Specialist responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls and internet inquiries. The role focuses on customer service and resolving routine problems related to products or services.

Key activities include meeting KPIs, clarifying requirements, and providing empathetic, professional support while maintaining product knowledge and accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3–6 months relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong PC knowledge and basic computer navigation.
• Good written and spoken communication skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to rotate shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service meets contractual KPIs.
• Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding and resolve issues using tools.
• Listen attentively and build rapport with customers.
• Greet customers courteously and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of client products and services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work including properly notating accounts.
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and performance.
• Offer additional products and/or services.
• Track, document and retrieve information in the call tracking database.
• Respond to inquiries by referring to published materials or senior staff.
