Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3–6 months relevant experience preferred
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
• Dependable with strong attention to detail
• Skilled in multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to rotate shifts as needed
• Ability to work as a team member or independently

Responsabilités

• Interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls or internet as required
• Meet contractual KPIs and resolve routine problems
• Clarify customer requirements and provide suitable resolutions
• Greet customers professionally and maintain empathy
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products/services
• Document and update customer records accurately
• Assist in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
• Offer additional products/services when appropriate
• Track and retrieve information in call tracking databases
• Respond to inquiries by directing to sources or senior staff
