Qualifications

• High school diploma; 3–6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal.
• Reliable with strong attention to detail.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced, production environment.
• Team-oriented yet capable of working independently.
• Demonstrates patience in all customer interactions and maintains a professional tone.
• Willingness to rotate shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure services meet contractual KPIs.
• Clarify customer requirements; use tools to provide resolution.
• Listen attentively and build rapport with customers.
• Greet customers politely using established procedures.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products/services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work, noting accounts as required.
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Offer additional products and/or services where appropriate.
• Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking systems.
• Respond to inquiries by directing customers to published materials or senior staff.
