Concentrix Philippines in Mandaluyong is seeking a Megamall-based Customer Care Specialist to handle inbound/outbound calls and online inquiries, resolving routine issues and delivering high-quality service.

You will greet customers professionally, maintain product knowledge, and document interactions while aiming for customer satisfaction and loyalty. The role requires teamwork, flexibility, and consistent attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3–6 months relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Able to communicate effectively in writing and speech.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Skilled in multitasking; flexible and adaptable to change.
• Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
• Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations.
• Ability to rotate shifts as needed.
• Based on location/program, additional skills may be required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service delivered meets contractual KPIs.
• Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding and use tools to provide resolution.
• Listen attentively and build rapport with customers while addressing concerns.
• Greet customers in a courteous, professional manner per procedures.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work; document accounts accordingly.
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Offer additional products and/or services.
• Track, document and retrieve information in the call tracking database.
• Respond to inquiries by referring to published materials or senior staff.
