Responsibilities

• Analyze large CRM datasets to identify customer behaviors, lifecycle stages, attrition risks, and revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and service teams to design data-driven campaign strategies for acquisition and retention.
• Define KPIs and build dashboards to track campaign performance, customer engagement metrics, and revenue attribution.
• Conduct customer segmentation and predictive modeling for hyper-targeted communications.
• Audit, clean, deduplicate, and enrich CRM data to ensure data quality.
• Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to optimize customer journeys based on data.
• Prepare post-campaign reports with actionable insights for future campaigns and customer experiences.
• Collaborate with marketing ops, digital teams, and IT to enhance CRM capabilities and data integrations.
