Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of analytics experience; PowerBI proficiency is a differentiator. The position offers a dayshift schedule with opportunities to work across international offices.

Formación

• Fresh graduates or 1 year of experience in data analytics.
• Coding knowledge in any language.
• Systematic problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze large datasets from CRM platforms to identify customer behaviors and opportunities.
• Support data-driven campaign strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Define KPIs and build dashboards for campaign performance and revenue attribution.
• Perform customer segmentation and predictive modeling for hyper-targeted communications.
• Audit and enrich CRM data to ensure accurate analytical outputs.
• Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to optimize campaigns.
• Prepare post-campaign analyses with actionable recommendations.
