Responsabilidades

• Analyze large CRM datasets to identify behaviors, lifecycle stages, attrition risks, and revenue opportunities.
• Support data-driven campaign strategies with marketing, sales, and service teams.
• Define KPIs for CRM initiatives and build dashboards to track performance and attribution.
• Perform customer segmentation and predictive modeling for hyper-targeted communications.
• Lead data quality initiatives: audit, deduplicate, and enrich CRM data.
