Home Credit Philippines is seeking a data analyst to drive data-informed decisions for CRM initiatives. You will analyze CRM data, support targeted campaigns, and build insights that boost engagement and revenue.

The role emphasizes data quality, segmentation, predictive modeling, and measurement through dashboards. Fresh grads or analysts with 1 year of experience are welcome to apply, with opportunities to grow in our international teams.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of data analytics experience.
• Coding knowledge in any language.
• Strong systematic problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze CRM data to identify customer behaviors, lifecycle stages, attrition risks, and revenue opportunities.
• Support data-driven campaign strategies with marketing, sales, and service teams.
• Define KPIs for CRM initiatives and build dashboards to track performance and revenue attribution.
• Perform customer segmentation and predictive modeling for hyper-targeted communications.
• Audit, clean, deduplicate, and enrich CRM data to ensure data quality.
• Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to optimize customer journeys.
• Produce post-campaign analyses with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing operations, digital teams, and IT to improve CRM capabilities.
