Job summary

The SM Store (SM Mart Inc.) is seeking a results-oriented corporate sales specialist to manage and grow B2B accounts in the Philippines. You will engage with business clients, present tailored product offerings, and drive orders while ensuring exceptional service.

Responsibilities include lead generation, order processing, and close collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction. A Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in sales or customer support are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-3 years in a sales or customer support role, with a focus on corporate or B2B sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop corporate client accounts, ensuring sales growth and long-term retention.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and collaboration with internal teams.
• Provide personalized product recommendations based on business needs.
• Engage with B2B clients via calls, emails, and meetings to present products and promotions.
• Process orders, upsell and cross-sell to meet corporate requirements.
• Maintain client interaction records and order history to support retention and reactivation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of corporate orders.
• Ensure a customer-first attitude in every interaction.
