Job summary

The SM Store in the Philippines is seeking a Corporate Sales Executive to build strong relationships with business clients, drive sales, and tailor solutions to corporate needs with a customer-first attitude.

You will manage corporate accounts, generate leads, present new products and promotions, coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery, and maintain detailed records to support retention and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales or customer support, with a focus on corporate or B2B sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop corporate client accounts, ensuring sales growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term retention.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and close coordination with internal business units.
• Provide personalized product recommendations based on the business needs of each corporate client.
• Engage with B2B clients via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and meetings to present new product offerings, trends, and special promotions.
• Process orders, upsell, and cross-sell to meet corporate clients’ requirements, ensuring a seamless and efficient transaction process.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, order history, and account updates using the appropriate tools and systems to support both retention and reactivation efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth execution of corporate orders.
• Ensure every interaction reflects a customer-first attitude, making client satisfaction and loyalty a top priority.
