Job summary

The SM Store is seeking a Personal Shopper Manager - Corporate Sales (B2B) in Butuan to lead and grow our B2B relationships with business clients. You will manage corporate accounts, generate leads, and present tailored product solutions to meet client needs while ensuring exceptional service.

Responsibilities include order processing, upselling, cross-selling, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales or customer support, focused on corporate/B2B sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop corporate client accounts, ensuring sales growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term retention.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and coordination with internal business units.
• Provide personalized product recommendations based on each corporate client’s needs.
• Engage with B2B clients via calls, emails, and meetings to present new products, trends, and promotions.
• Process orders, upsell, and cross-sell to meet corporate clients’ requirements.
• Maintain records of client interactions, order history, and account updates to support retention and reactivation efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth execution of corporate orders.
