Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews with potential candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain recruitment records and candidate information in ATS
• Assist with job descriptions and vacancy requisitions
• Provide candidate updates to ensure a positive experience
• Assist with onboarding documentation for new hires
• Support recruitment targets and timelines for project-based roles
• Provide recruitment metrics and reporting as required
