Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily commissary and production operations.
• Ensure production targets, schedules, quality standards, and delivery requirements are met.
• Manage manpower, materials, equipment, workflow, and production resources efficiently.
• Monitor production output, yield, wastage, downtime, and other operational metrics.
• Enforce compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and workplace safety standards.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost control.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, QA, R&D, Engineering, Logistics, and other support teams.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and production personnel.
• Ensure SOPs, production controls, documentation, and company policies are properly implemented.
• Foster a culture of accountability, discipline, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Lead the operation behind some of the country’s well-known food and beverage brands.

Fruitas Holdings Inc. is looking for a hands-on, results-driven Commissary Manager who can lead fast-paced food production operations while maintaining high standards in quality, food safety, productivity, cost efficiency, and people management.

The Commissary Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day management of commissary operations, ensuring that production requirements are delivered on time, at the right quality, and at optimum cost.

The role leads production teams, drives operational discipline and continuous improvement, and ensures strict compliance with food safety, quality, sanitation, and company standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and oversee daily commissary and production operations

• Manage manpower, materials, equipment, workflow, and production resources efficiently

• Coordinate closely with Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality Assurance, R&D, Engineering, Logistics, and other support teams
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and production personnel
• Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, production controls, documentation, and company policies
• Drive a culture of accountability, discipline, teamwork, and continuous improvement

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Food Technology or any Engineering course, such as Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or other related engineering programs
• Must have relevant supervisory or managerial experience in a food and beverage manufacturing plant or commissary environment
• Strong knowledge of production planning, food safety, quality control, process improvement, manpower management, and cost efficiency
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Must be hands-on, hardworking, highly accountable, and results-oriented
• Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
• Willing to work 6 days a week, including weekends and holidays
• Willing to be assigned in Quezon City or Manila City
