Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Food Technology/Industrial/Manufacturing).
• 3–5 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations, preferably F&B.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production operations and ensure efficient execution of production plans.
• Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules based on business and demand requirements.
• Lead, supervise, and develop production teams to meet targets and performance standards.
• Ensure products meet approved specifications, quality standards, and food safety requirements.
• Monitor production output, productivity, efficiency, wastage, and KPIs.
• Identify production issues, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor GMP, HACCP, food safety, sanitation, and company policies and procedures.
• Maintain production equipment and facilities in good operating condition.
• Address production-related concerns and provide timely solutions.
