Job summary

House of Fruitas is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily commissary/manufacturing operations in Manila/Quezon City. You will lead production teams, plan manpower, schedules, equipment and resources, and ensure targets are met without compromising food safety and quality.

The role requires hands-on leadership on the factory floor, strong problem-solving skills, and a track record in cost control and process improvements in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required (Industrial/Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical).
• Experience in food and beverage manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, food safety, and quality standards.
• Proven ability to lead production teams in high-volume operations.
• Willing to work 6 days a week, weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations and meet targets without compromising safety.
• Plan manpower, schedules, equipment, and resources.
• Ensure production volume, quality, yield, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
• Maintain compliance with GMP, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.
• Drive productivity improvements and cost control.
• Lead, coach, and hold the team accountable; hands-on on floor.
