Job summary

Fruitas Holdings Inc. is looking for a dynamic Area Manager to lead multiple stores and drive operational excellence across the network.

You will develop teams, enforce Fruitas standards, and execute strategies to achieve sales targets while maintaining quality and customer experience. Travel to various locations will be required as part of this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business or a related field.
• Experience in multi-unit operations (F&B or retail) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations across multiple locations.
• Drive sales growth and implement shop floor strategies to hit targets.
• Coach and develop Store Supervisors and teams for high performance.
• Ensure product quality, service excellence, and store cleanliness.
• Monitor costs, inventory, and operational efficiency to maximize profitability.
• Perform regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews.
• Identify improvements and implement action plans.
• Collaborate with departments to support growth and expansion.

• Drive sales performance and execute strategies to meet and exceed targets

• Lead, coach, and develop Store Supervisors and team members to build high-performing teams

• Ensure consistent implementation of product quality, service excellence, and store cleanliness

• Monitor inventory, cost control, and operational expenses to maximize profitability

• Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews

• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans

• Collaborate with different departments to support business growth and expansion

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

• Proven experience in multi-unit operations (F&B, retail, or related industry is an advantage)

• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills

• Results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and ownership

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Willing to travel and be assigned in different locations
