Qualifications

• Oversee day-to-day production operations and ensure efficient execution of production plans.
• Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules based on business and demand requirements.
• Lead, supervise, and develop production teams to meet targets and performance standards.

• Monitor production output, productivity, efficiency, wastage, and KPIs.
• Identify production issues, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.

About the Role

As a Production Manager, you will oversee the overall production operations of our commissary, ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently, safely, consistently, and according to established quality standards. You will lead production teams, optimize resources and processes, and work closely with other departments to ensure production requirements are met while maintaining food safety, quality, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production operations and ensure efficient execution of production plans.
• Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules based on business and demand requirements.
• Lead, supervise, and develop production teams to achieve operational targets and performance standards.
• Ensure products are consistently produced according to approved specifications, quality standards, and food safety requirements.
• Monitor production output, productivity, efficiency, wastage, and other key performance indicators.
• Identify production issues, investigate root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, sanitation, and company policies and procedures.
• Ensure production equipment, facilities, and work areas are properly maintained and kept in good operating condition.
• Manage production-related concerns and provide timely solutions to operational challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or any related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of food production processes, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Highly analytical and capable of monitoring production data and performance metrics.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced production environment and conduct regular floor supervision.
