Qualifications

• Must have supervisory or managerial experience in a food and beverage manufacturing plant or commissary environment.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, food safety, quality control, process improvement, manpower management, and cost efficiency.
• Hands-on, hardworking, highly accountable and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily commissary and production operations.
• Ensure production targets, schedules, quality standards, and delivery requirements are met.
• Manage manpower, materials, equipment, workflow, and production resources efficiently.
• Monitor production output, yield, wastage, downtime, and other operational metrics.
• Enforce compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and workplace safety standards.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost control.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, QA, R&D, Engineering, Logistics, and other support teams.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and production personnel.
• Ensure SOPs, production controls, documentation, and company policies are properly implemented.
• Foster a culture of accountability, discipline, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
