Job summary

House of Fruitas is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily commissary/manufacturing operations in Manila/Quezon City. You will lead production teams, plan manpower, schedules, equipment and resources, and ensure targets are met without compromising food safety and quality.

The role requires hands-on leadership on the factory floor, strong problem-solving skills, and a track record in cost control and process improvements in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required (Industrial/Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical).
• Experience in food and beverage manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, food safety, and quality standards.
• Proven ability to lead production teams in high-volume operations.
• Willing to work 6 days a week, weekends/holidays as needed.

PRODUCTION MANAGER

Food & Beverage Manufacturing | Manila / Quezon City

Ready to lead production where quality, efficiency, discipline, and execution matter every day?

House of Fruitas is looking for an experienced Production Manager who can take ownership of day-to-day manufacturing operations, lead production teams, and ensure products are produced safely, consistently, efficiently, and on time.

THE ROLE

As Production Manager, you will oversee daily commissary/manufacturing operations and ensure production targets are achieved without compromising food safety, product quality, cost, and operational standards.

You will be expected to:

• Lead and manage day-to-day food and beverage production operations

• Plan manpower, production schedules, equipment, and resources based on operational requirements

• Ensure achievement of production volume, quality, yield, efficiency, and delivery targets

• Maintain strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, GMP, and quality standards

• Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks and implement practical solutions

• Drive improvements in productivity, waste reduction, cost control, and process efficiency

• Lead, coach, and hold the production team accountable for performance and standards

• Maintain a hands-on presence on the production floor and respond quickly to operational issues

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Must-have qualifications:

• Graduate of an Engineering course, preferably: Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering

• With solid production/manufacturing experience in the food and/or beverage industry

• Strong understanding of production planning, process improvement, quality, food safety, manpower management, and cost control

• Proven ability to lead production teams in a fast-paced, high-volume operation

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills

• Hardworking, hands-on, accountable, and results-oriented

• Willing and able to work 6 days a week, including weekends and holidays, as operationally required

• Willing to be assigned in Manila City or Quezon City
