A leading collections company in Quezon City is seeking motivated individuals to contact delinquent accounts through outbound calls. Responsibilities include negotiating payment arrangements, updating documentation, and meeting collection targets. Candidates should possess at least 2 years of contact center voice experience along with 1 year of collections experience. Strong English communication and negotiation skills are essential. Competenze

• Willing to work full onsite and night shift.
• Minimum 2 years total contact center voice experience.
• At least 1 year collections experience in banking, telco, loans, healthcare, or credit cards.
