Job summary

Chailease Berjaya Finance Corporation in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Collections Specialist to manage and monitor overdue accounts.

You will contact clients, record communications, collect payments, and report activity, collaborating with supervisors to meet targets.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and at least two years in banking or financial services, with proficiency in Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Preferably with experience in Banking/Financial Services.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

• Handles and monitors in-house collection bucket of 90 days past due and above.
• Contact clients via telephone or electronic means to discuss outstanding debts and payment options.
• Maintain accurate records of all client communications.
• Collect payments and process them according to company policies and procedures.
• Follow up with clients who have not made payments as scheduled.
• Update company databases and report on collections activity.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to improve collections strategies and meet goals.
