A leading collections company in Metro Manila is seeking a Collections Agent to manage voice-based accounts and negotiate payment plans. This role requires a strong background in U.S. financial collections and previous experience in the BPO industry. Qualifications

• Background in BPO industry required.
• Minimum of 6 months of U.S. financial/banking collections experience.
• Willing to work on-site and in shifting schedules.

Job description

• Manage voice-based collections accounts, including international outbound collections, to recover outstanding payments
• Communicate effectively with customers to negotiate payment plans
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and account statuses
• Collaborate with team members to meet collection targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

• HS/SHS Graduate is acceptable (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
• Minimumof 6 months of U.S. financial/banking collections experience
• Background in BPO industry required
• Experience in Voice Accountsis a must
• Experience with international outbound collections
• Background inTravel, Telco, or Financial accountsis a strong advantage
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills
• Willing to work on-site and in shifting schedules (if applicable)
