HRTX in the Philippines is seeking a collections agent to join our team. The role requires handling delinquent accounts with timely, respectful outreach and compliant processes.

You will use firm but empathetic negotiation, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, while delivering high service standards and ensuring customer trust.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in collections.
• 2+ years in a contact center environment preferred.
• Open to College Graduates and High School Graduates.
• Excellent oral and written communication with active listening.
• Customer-focused mindset with empathy and professionalism.
• Strong attention to detail for data management and reporting.
• Proficient in MS Office and internet-based tools.
• Ability to engage customers politely and professionally.
• Willingness to work on flexible schedule/shifts.
