Job summary

Cepat Kredit Financing Inc. is seeking a Sales Team Leader – Collateral to lead a focused team in driving loan production for ORCR Sangla and Car Financing. You will coach Sales Associates, manage pipelines, and build strong client and partner relationships to grow the collateral loan book.

You will monitor applications, ensure compliant processing, and coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Compliance. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sales with leadership experience in financial services

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, financing, lending, or business development.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise Sales Associates to achieve sales targets.
• Drive lead generation, loan applications, and portfolio growth for collateral loans.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, dealers, brokers, and referral partners.
