Job summary

Cepat Kredit Financing Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven Sales Team Lead to guide the Non-Collateral Sales Team in achieving loan applications and disbursement targets through coaching and client relationship management.

You will develop strategies to increase approvals, monitor the sales pipeline, conduct regular coaching sessions, and ensure compliant submission of loan requirements while coordinating with Credit and Operations teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in sales.
1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of sales strategies, customer acquisition, and loan products.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a sales team.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willing to conduct fieldwork and client visits.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Willing to work on-site and travel when required.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate Sales Associates to achieve individual and team targets.
Develop and implement strategies to increase loan applications, approvals, and disbursements.
Monitor the team's sales pipeline from lead generation to loan release.
Conduct regular sales huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
Identify performance gaps and implement appropriate action plans.
Monitor client acquisition, retention, repeat business, and referrals.
Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams to facilitate smooth processing of loan applications.
Ensure complete and accurate submission of loan requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and credit guidelines.
Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports.
