You will develop strategies to increase approvals, monitor the sales pipeline, conduct regular coaching sessions, and ensure compliant submission of loan requirements while coordinating with Credit and Operations teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales.
• 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sales strategies, customer acquisition, and loan products.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a sales team.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and client visits.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work on-site and travel when required.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and motivate Sales Associates to achieve individual and team targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase loan applications, approvals, and disbursements.
• Monitor the team's sales pipeline from lead generation to loan release.
• Conduct regular sales huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
• Identify performance gaps and implement appropriate action plans.
• Monitor client acquisition, retention, repeat business, and referrals.
• Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams to facilitate smooth processing of loan applications.
• Ensure complete and accurate submission of loan requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and credit guidelines.
• Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports.
