Job summary

Cepat Kredit Financing Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager - Non-Collateral to oversee branch sales operations, drive business development, and ensure profitability. You will lead and coach branch sales personnel, monitor pipelines, and ensure compliance with policies.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2–4 years of sales or branch operations experience, with supervisory responsibilities. Ortigas, Pasig training may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, branch operations, business development, lending, or financing.
• Supervisory or managerial experience in handling a sales team.
• Strong leadership, coaching, sales, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Goal-oriented, customer-focused, and results-driven.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to undergo training in Ortigas, Pasig, as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and monitor branch sales personnel.
• Drive achievement of sales, release, and productivity targets.
• Develop and implement branch sales and business development initiatives.
• Monitor loan applications, account pipelines, pending requirements, and releases.
• Build strong relationships with clients, Loan Consultants, and referral partners.
• Handle escalated client concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor branch performance and address sales or operational gaps.
• Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
