Job summary

Cepat Kredit Financing Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Sales Team Leader – Non-Collateral to guide branch sales, supervise staff, and ensure achievement of sales targets and quality customer service.

You will coordinate with departments to process applications, support business development, and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners, while coaching the sales team to improve productivity and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in sales, branch operations, or business development is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch sales operations and ensure achievement of sales, production, and release targets.
• Lead, coach, and monitor Sales Associates and other assigned sales personnel.
• Implement sales strategies and branch initiatives to improve productivity and account generation.
• Monitor applications, approvals, releases, pending accounts, pipelines, and other sales performance indicators.
• Support client acquisition, field marketing, referral generation, and business development activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, Loan Consultants, referral partners, and other business sources.
• Ensure completeness and quality of loan applications and client requirements.
• Coordinate with concerned departments regarding account processing, pending requirements, and client concerns.
• Handle escalated client concerns and ensure timely and professional resolution.
• Prepare sales performance reports, identify operational gaps, and recommend appropriate action plans.
