Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Management, Real Estate Management, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in sales, customer service, lending, financing, banking, real estate, or field marketing is an advantage.
• Knowledge of collateral-based financing, loan processing, or loan documentation is preferred.
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote the company’s collateral-based loan products to prospective clients within the assigned area, branch coverage, or market.
• Generate and develop qualified leads through field marketing, referrals, digital platforms, events, and partner networks.
• Identify and engage prospective clients, brokers, dealers, developers, property owners, agents, and referral partners.
• Conduct client visits, product presentations, and other sales and promotional activities.
• Explain loan products, eligibility requirements, terms, procedures, and documentary requirements to clients.
• Assist clients in completing loan applications and submitting required supporting documents.
• Maintain and monitor the sales pipeline, including leads, applications, pending requirements, approvals, and releases.
• Conduct initial checking of applications and documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Collections, Finance, Marketing, and other concerned teams regarding account processing and requirements.
• Provide timely follow-ups and updates to prospective and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong client and business partner relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
