Job summary

Cepat Kredit Financing Inc. is seeking a Sales Team Leader to maximize the productivity of the Non-Collateral Sales Team by providing direction, coaching, and performance monitoring to achieve loan production and revenue objectives.

You will set clear sales objectives, monitor activity, coach on negotiations, and coordinate with Credit and Operations to ensure timely loan submissions. A customer-focused, results-oriented mindset is essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Management, or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience in lending, financing, banking, or consumer finance is an advantage.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and pipeline management.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized and results-oriented.
• Willing to work in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish clear sales objectives and expectations for each Sales Associate.
• Monitor individual productivity, sales activities, and achievement against target.
• Analyze team performance and identify areas requiring improvement.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching and performance discussions.
• Develop action plans for Sales Associates who are not meeting expectations.
• Share effective sales techniques and best practices with the team.
• Support the team in handling difficult negotiations and client objections.
• Monitor the team's sales funnel and ensure sufficient prospects are available.
• Encourage cross-selling, repeat transactions, and client referrals.
• Coordinate with Credit and Operations to resolve concerns affecting loan processing.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of loan applications.
• Promote a customer-focused and ethical sales culture.
• Submit performance reports and recommendations to management.
