Wisefund Finance Corporation Ortigas seeks a proactive Field Sales Lead to source and close Car Sangla (OR/CR Loan) accounts via field canvassing, referrals, and community outreach in Metro Manila. You will recruit and manage collateral LC partners and monitor progress with regular reviews.

Also responsible for MOA signings with dealerships, supervising collateral SRs, and maintaining real-time account tracking while delivering weekly and monthly performance reports to leadership.

About the role

This role involves sourcing and closing Car Sangla (OR/CR Loan) accounts through field canvassing, referral networks, and community outreach while maintaining monthly production in collateral releases. You will recruit and maintain active LCs dedicated to collateral accounts, identify and sign MOAs with dealership partners, and directly supervise collateral SRs through daily check-ins and weekly reviews. You will maintain real-time tracking of all collateral accounts, monitor competitor products and market opportunities, and build referral networks through community leaders and local partners. The role requires submitting accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on accounts generation, productivity, and dealership performance.

Key responsibilities

• Source and close Car Sangla (OR/CR Loan) accounts through field canvassing, referral networks, and community outreach with zero pipeline leakage
• Recruit, onboard, and maintain active LCs dedicated to collateral accounts with structured onboarding including product training and field immersion
• Identify, approach, and sign MOAs with a minimum of 5 active dealership partners and conduct monthly relationship visits
• Directly supervise all collateral SRs through daily check-ins, weekly reviews, and monthly coaching with joint field visits twice per week
• Maintain a real-time master list of all collateral accounts from lead to release and coordinate with Credit Review on documentation concerns
• Monitor competitor products and rates, identify new market opportunities, and conduct quarterly market mapping of untapped vehicle-owning communities
• Build a Car Sangla referral network through barangay mechanics, sari-sari store owners, HOA officers, and community leaders
• Submit accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports covering accounts generation, LC and SR productivity, and dealership performance

About you

• College graduate of any 4-year business related course with sales experience
